We are all leaders - in one way or another.

 

At school, home, work, if someone is following you - then you are a leader. The need is so great and we can feel small as leaders as we venture out into this great endeavor.  You might feel overwhelmed as a parent of a new baby,  young child, or homeschooling or elementary aged parent.

There can be fear in approaching a new season, a new normal and making life-changing decisions.

​

God's word assures us, "Even youth grow weary and stumble, and young men utterly fall.  But those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary.  They will walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:30:31).

 

As leaders of our families, may we find one another and support one another. We don't have to fear falling because we have wings to fly....

Stay in touch with us through a variety of community supports and the HIH structure:

• Daily Communication - your own Teachers and Guides, as well as Specialists, will be reaching out to you regarding your children's successes through our HiMama App.

• Monthly SNAP - this is a campus update with all the Special News from your Campus Director, Campus Administrator and Head of School.

• Weekly Classroom Newsletter - your child's teacher will email a weekly newsletter providing you with highlights and thing to know about the week.

• Family Events - these events are seasonal and help our community stay close and enjoy the children. These events are supported by our Community Engagement Specialist and your campus team.

• Yearly Celebrations - our GALA is our Academy's chance to gather together and celebrate all the blessings of the year and looking forward to the next goals to advance the Kingdom of God together. This yearly event allows you to meet-and-greet the Board of Directors, President, Director of Development, CFO and Tuition Manager, HR Director and International Programs Director. The Annual Report also gives you an overview of all programs that cover a multitude of ranges and spaces. So much to celebrate.
